Return policy — physical products
This policy applies to tangible goods (for example rackets, balls, bags, and accessories) purchased through the AllCourt Pro shop at www.allcourt.pro/app/shop. Digital-only items or services may be covered separately where stated at checkout.
Who we are
Orders are fulfilled according to the seller and payment details shown at checkout. If you need the legal name, address, or VAT details for your order, use the contact below and include your order confirmation.
Cooling-off and change of mind
For distance sales to consumers in the UK, you usually have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel for any reason (the statutory cooling-off period), unless an exception applies. We aim to make returns straightforward and, where we offer a longer voluntary window, that will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
To start a return, contact us using the details below with your order reference. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back, so we can give you the correct address and any required reference to put on the package.
Condition of returned goods
- Items should be unused, in original condition, and wherever possible in original packaging with tags and accessories included.
- We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to check size, fit, or function (for example scuffs, wear, or missing parts).
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. certain grips or worn apparel) may not be returnable once opened; any restriction will be stated at purchase.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as you can with your order reference and photos if helpful. Under UK consumer law you may have a right to repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the circumstances and timing.
Do not dispose of faulty goods until we have confirmed next steps, in case we need them returned for inspection.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect eligible returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
- Refund timing depends on your card or bank; it may take several working days after we process the return.
- Unless we sent a faulty or incorrect item, original outbound delivery charges may be non-refundable; return postage is usually your responsibility unless we state otherwise or the law requires us to cover it.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned once personalised, made to order, or where hygiene or safety rules apply. Exceptions will be clearly marked before you pay. Gift cards or vouchers may have separate terms.
