These terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of the All Court Pro website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service") operated by All Court Pro ("we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Last updated: 25 April 2026.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at support@allcourt.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where we are required to do so by law.
The Service
All Court Pro helps players and communities connect around tennis, padel, pickleball, and related activities—including leagues, tournaments, coaching listings, chat, notifications, and optional e‑commerce features. Features may change, be added, or withdrawn. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm others (including harassment, hate, threats, or sharing illegal content).
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data; interfere with security; or overload the Service.
- Scrape, mine, or automate access beyond what we permit, or circumvent technical limits.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation; or use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Use the Service in violation of app store rules or applicable sports governing-body requirements where relevant.
User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Service (for example showing messages to chat participants or scores in a league). You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this licence. We may remove content that violates these Terms or law, or that we reasonably consider harmful.
Payments, subscriptions, and shop
Paid features, league fees, subscriptions, or physical goods may be offered through the Service or integrated checkout. Prices, taxes, and seller terms are shown at purchase. Payments may be processed by third parties (such as Stripe). You agree to their terms where applicable. Refunds and returns for physical goods follow our return policy and checkout terms. Disputes with other users about matches or informal games are between you and those users unless we explicitly intervene under a published policy.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your content and limited rights needed to use the Service, no rights are granted to you. Do not copy or misuse our marks or software.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed. Organisers and players are responsible for safety, venue access, and compliance with local rules. We are not a party to offline games or contracts between users unless expressly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty pounds sterling (£50), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they cannot be contractually waived.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.
